As Administration and Finance Manager, Zoya oversees the organisation’s administrative resources. Her expertise in finance, accounting, and financial control ensures transparency, cost-effectiveness, and accountability at both process and project levels. Beyond this role, Zoya is a certified HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) coach and is passionate about ecology, environmental protection, sports, and healthy eating. One of the initiatives she sees as most impactful over the years is “I Want to Be Useful… Recycle Me”, which has achieved real environmental results through collected and recycled tonnes of waste, as well as preventive measures against future pollution.
